About Resonant Touch Therapy
Resonant Touch Therapy (RTT) arose from the recognition that harmony in the nervous system sets us up physically, mentally, energetically, and emotionally to be healthy and resilient. Though there are innumerable ways to support that harmony, each method seems to find its benefit through a sense of Connection, internally or externally.
As a service RTT is a synthesis of bodywork (CranioSacral & Neuromuscular therapies), Sound Healing, Breathwork, and Yoga Nidra, with the goal of tuning into the innate intellligence of the nervous system, and allowing that to guide us into deeper connection with ourselves & our perpetually unfolding process of life.
